The system

Clearground uses the market leading waterfed pole system, which is relatively new having been developed in the past 10 years. It eliminates the use of detergents by using 100% de-ionised water which ensures that all dirt, grime and bacteria are removed from the surface of the glass. It also results in the windows staying cleaner for longer.

The system eliminates the use of ladders or heavy access equipment as it uses telescopic poles. Water is pumped through the pole allowing the operative to clean windows safely from the ground to windows 5 to 6 floors high. This reduces disturbance and maintains privacy for our customers. Many health and safety risks are eliminated by using this system, thereby making it the safest and clear choice.

For heights above 70 ft we use teams of qualified abseilers to access the areas to be cleaned.

Clearground uses 100% pure water therefore NO detergents are used, because they don't need to be. Water has a naturally impure state, and by using water that has been purified, the water absorbs all surface deposits in an attempt to return to its natural state. As the water contains no minerals it leaves nothing behind on the glass when it evaporates other than a streak free finish! It is a much safer system than using ladders, or other lifting equipment because the operator is always on the ground - safer for both the operator and anyone in his vicinity.
